Child Protection Policy

The safeguarding of child models is our highest priority. This policy sets out the standards that govern all work involving minors at Lumis Management.

Guardian involvement

Applications for models under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. A guardian is welcome — and encouraged — to accompany the child during castings and shoots.

Age-appropriate projects

Every project involving a minor is reviewed for suitability. We decline work that does not meet our age-appropriate standards.

Working conditions

Shoots involving children follow strict rules on working hours, breaks, meals, and educational continuity where applicable.

Trained personnel

Team members who interact with children are briefed on our safeguarding standards. Concerns can be raised in confidence to safeguarding@lumismanagement.com.
