Code of Conduct

All members of the Lumis community — talent, staff, clients, and collaborators — are expected to uphold the following standards.

Respect and dignity

Every person is treated with respect, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, background, or experience. Discrimination and harassment of any kind are not tolerated.

Professionalism

Punctuality, preparation, and clear communication are expected on every project. Confidential client information must be protected.

Consent

Nothing on set proceeds without informed consent from the model, or a guardian in the case of minors.

Violations may be reported confidentially to conduct@lumismanagement.com.
