Registration

Registration on the Lumis website is free. Submitting an application does not create representation or an employment relationship; representation begins only upon signature of a written model agreement.

No guaranteed bookings

Lumis makes no promise or guarantee of bookings, income, or specific opportunities. Casting decisions are made by clients based on their brief.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of materials you upload. By submitting materials, you grant Lumis a limited license to present them to verified clients for casting purposes.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
